Held up well but both heels have worn down and have holes. I use them daily and ordered another pair because they are much cheaper than the bogs in I had before.
I bought these as I moved to the Oregon coast during the winter, which means rain every day. These are perfect! And when I wear them with my wool socks, my feet stay very warm. I was worried about the fit over my calves, but these have plenty of stretch and fit perfectly.
I bought these to wear to an outdoor concert when it was raining. They kept me dry, and had enough flexibility for me to run around and dance. Also, they were not huge in the calf like most rain boots are.
I had a pair of original muck boots that finally gave out after more than 5 years of daily wear. I got these because the reviews say they are similar. They are not quite as heavy duty as the old boots, but they were less than half the price. They are pretty comfortable, but they don't cradle your feet like my old boots did. We will see if they last more than 2 years.
On a recent trip to Alaska, I used these boots for hiking across bogs and stand-up paddle-boarding, as well as for wet landings from a zodiac onto a mudflat. The boots are amazingly comfortable! As good as any hiking boots. And they are cute. I got lots of comments on the blue soles :)
